Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily library operations including circulation, acquisitions, and cataloging systems
- Provide comprehensive research assistance and reference services to students and faculty
- Develop and implement information literacy programs and academic resource workshops
- Oversee digital and physical collections, ensuring alignment with curriculum needs
- Collaborate with faculty to support course materials and research initiatives
- Utilize library management software to maintain accurate resource databases
- Supervise library staff and volunteers to ensure efficient service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field
- Valid PRC license as a Registered Librarian
- Minimum 2 years academic library experience preferred
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, Alexandria)
- Strong research methodology and information retrieval skills
- Excellent communication and instructional abilities
- Experience developing educational outreach programs
