Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily library operations including circulation, acquisitions, and cataloging
- Provide comprehensive research assistance and reference services to students and faculty
- Develop and maintain the library's digital and physical resource collections
- Conduct library orientation sessions and information literacy workshops
- Implement library policies and procedures for resource usage
- Collaborate with academic departments to support curriculum needs
- Manage library budget and resource allocation
- Oversee library technology systems and digital platforms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or Information Science
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) librarian license
- Minimum 2 years academic library experience
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, LibriSuite)
- Strong research methodology and information retrieval skills
- Experience with digital resource curation and e-books
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Dewey Decimal System and MARC standards
