Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the library, including circulation, shelving, and inventory management.
- Manage the acquisition, cataloging, and classification of books, journals, and digital resources.
- Provide comprehensive research assistance and reference support to students and faculty members.
- Organize and conduct library orientation sessions and information literacy workshops.
- Maintain the library's online catalog and ensure accurate database records are kept up to date.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align library resources with curriculum needs.
- Enforce library rules and regulations to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Registered Librarian with a valid PRC license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in an academic library setting.
- Proficiency in Library Management Systems (LMS) such as Koha or Aleph.
- Strong research, analytical, and information retrieval skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) is preferred.
