You will work closely with faculty to support curriculum needs, assist students in developing research skills, and stay current with emerging technologies in library services. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aspects of library operations including cataloging, circulation, and maintenance of learning resources
- Provide research and reference assistance to students, faculty, and staff
- Develop and implement library policies and procedures
- Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum needs through appropriate resource selection
- Organize and conduct library orientation sessions and information literacy workshops
- Stay current with library technologies and digital resources
- Assist in the selection, acquisition, and weeding of library materials
- Compile usage statistics and prepare regular reports on library operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Professional librarian license/certification
- Experience in academic library setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of library cataloging systems and classification methods
- Excellent organizational and research skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in library management software and digital resources
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
