Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily library operations including circulation, cataloging, and resource management
- Provide comprehensive research support and reference services to students, faculty, and staff
- Develop and implement information literacy programs and workshops
- Curate and maintain diverse collections of physical and digital learning resources
- Manage library technology systems and digital content platforms
- Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum resource needs
- Conduct collection development assessments and acquisition planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) librarian license
- Minimum 2 years of academic library experience
- Proficiency in library management systems (e.g., Koha, Libris)
- Strong research and information retrieval skills
- Excellent communication and instructional abilities
- Experience with digital resource management and e-platforms
- Knowledge of library classification systems and metadata standards
