Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aspects of library operations including cataloging, circulation, and inventory control
- Provide comprehensive research and reference services to students, faculty, and staff
- Develop and implement information literacy programs and workshops
- Maintain and organize library collections including books, periodicals, digital resources, and multimedia materials
- Assist in the selection and acquisition of new library materials based on curriculum needs
- Collaborate with faculty to support course materials and research requirements
- Manage library budget and resources effectively
- Stay current with library technologies and implement best practices in library management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or related field
- Registered Professional Librarian (RPL) certification required
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an academic library setting
- Strong knowledge of library cataloging systems and classification methods
- Excellent research and reference skills with ability to assist diverse users
- Proficiency in library management software and digital resources
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
