Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all aspects of library operations, including cataloging, circulation, and inventory control
- Provide research assistance and reference services to students, faculty, and staff
- Develop and implement library policies, procedures, and services
- Collaborate with faculty to support curriculum through appropriate resource selection
- Organize and maintain digital and physical collections for optimal accessibility
- Conduct library orientation sessions and information literacy workshops
- Stay current with library technologies and implement new systems as appropriate
- Promote library resources and services to the college community
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field
- Professional librarian license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic library settings
- Strong knowledge of library classification systems and cataloging principles
- Excellent research and information retrieval skills
- Proficiency in library management software and digital resources
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
