Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily library operations including cataloging, classification, and organization of library materials
- Provide reference and research assistance to students, faculty, and staff
- Develop and implement information literacy programs and instructional sessions
- Oversee the acquisition, processing, and maintenance of library collections
- Manage library circulation systems and ensure efficient resource utilization
- Coordinate with faculty to support curriculum needs through appropriate library resources
- Supervise library staff and volunteers as needed
- Stay current with emerging library technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- Valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Librarian
- Minimum of 2 years of professional library experience in an academic setting
- Strong knowledge of library classification systems and cataloging standards
- Excellent research skills and proficiency with library databases and digital resources
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with library management systems and integrated library systems (ILS)
- Demonstrated ability to instruct information literacy concepts to students
