Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily library operations, including circulation, cataloging, and maintenance of collections.
- Develop, evaluate, and update library policies and procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide research and reference assistance to students, faculty, and staff using print and digital resources.
- Plan and conduct information literacy instruction sessions and orientations.
- Coordinate the acquisition and weeding of library materials in line with curriculum needs and budget constraints.
- Supervise and train library staff and student assistants to ensure high-quality patron service.
- Promote library services and resources through outreach activities and marketing materials.
- Oversee the integration of library management systems and digital tools to enhance accessibility and user experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Library and Information Science or a related field.
- Valid Professional License as a Librarian (R.A. 9246).
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an academic library setting.
- Strong knowledge of cataloging standards (e.g., AACR2, RDA) and classification systems (e.g., DDC, LCC).
- Proficient in the use of integrated library systems (ILS) and digital library platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in library science.
