Join JLL as a Registered Master Electrician and play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and functionality of electrical systems in premier commercial real estate properties across Makati City. This position demands expertise in diagnosing complex electrical issues, implementing preventative maintenance protocols, and ensuring all installations adhere to strict safety standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and deliver seamless building operations. Your technical proficiency will directly contribute to tenant satisfaction and asset value preservation in one of Asia's most dynamic commercial hubs.
Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial properties
- Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical faults using diagnostic tools and testing equipment
- Supervise junior electricians and coordinate with maintenance teams
- Prepare detailed technical reports for system audits and compliance
- Implement energy-efficient solutions to optimize building performance
- Respond to emergency electrical repairs during business hours
Kualifikasi
- Valid Master Electrician license from the Professional Regulation Commission
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial electrical systems
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and automation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Certification in electrical safety training (e.g., OSHA 30)
