Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely diagnostic laboratory tests including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology analyses
- Operate and maintain sophisticated laboratory equipment and instruments following strict quality control protocols
- Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens ensuring proper handling and chain of custody
- Document test results meticulously and verify accuracy before releasing clinical reports
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to interpret laboratory findings for patient diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, infection control protocols, and laboratory standards
- Participate in quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor junior laboratory staff while maintaining high professional standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid Registered Medical Technologist (RMT) license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
- Certification from the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) or equivalent is preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital setting
- Proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and automated laboratory equipment
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and precision
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino is a plus)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
