Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough pre-operative patient assessments and education
- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during intra-operative procedures
- Monitor and provide post-operative care and patient recovery support
- Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid nursing license and current registration
- Minimum 2 years clinical nursing experience
- Experience in surgical or outpatient clinic setting preferred
- Proficiency in pre/post-operative care protocols
- Strong assessment and emergency response skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
