Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, on a regular basis.
- Administer medications, treatments, and medications via IV lines as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient medical histories, symptoms, and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with the medical team, including doctors and pharmacists, to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about post-treatment care, medication adherence, and disease prevention.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized environment to prevent infections and ensure patient comfort.
- Respond promptly to patient inquiries and emergencies, ensuring immediate action is taken when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Current Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Registered Nurse License (Fresh board passers are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- CPR and BLS certification is preferred.
- Willing to work full-time hours and be on-call as required.
