- Review and analyze patient medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify clinical information and resolve documentation queries.
- Support the revenue cycle process by identifying potential documentation gaps or coding issues.
- Ensure all nursing activities comply with local health regulations and hospital policies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and internal stakeholders regarding care plans and updates.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the clinical department.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional License as a Registered Nurse (PRC) in the Philippines.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience or relevant revenue cycle experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical record (EMR) software.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
