Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
- Execute therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities like ultrasound and electrotherapy
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care coordination
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory standards
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with physiotherapy advancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid registration with the Malaysian Physiotherapy Association (MPA)
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in physiotherapy practice
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Certification in specialized techniques (e.g., sports therapy, manual therapy) preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
