Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments, ensuring safety and optimal clinical outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management, treatment options, dietary restrictions, and medication adherence.
- Monitor patients during dialysis, recognizing and responding to adverse reactions or emergencies effectively and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and company policies.
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, performing routine checks and troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, including intravenous therapies, as prescribed.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of post-registration nursing experience, with at least 1 year in renal nursing, dialysis, or a related critical care setting preferred.
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and families.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
