Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide personalized, expert consultations to couples selecting gifts for their Bridal Registry.
  • Maintain high levels of store aesthetics and product display standards within the registry department.
  • Coordinate and execute bridal-related events, workshops, and in-store activities to drive engagement.
  • Monitor registry inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure popular items are in stock.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and service.
  • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding registry systems and gift fulfillment with professional empathy.
  • Prepare sales reports and event attendance analysis for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in high-end retail, customer service, or event management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong flair for styling, home decor, and an interest in wedding industry trends.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
