Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized, expert consultations to couples selecting gifts for their Bridal Registry.
- Maintain high levels of store aesthetics and product display standards within the registry department.
- Coordinate and execute bridal-related events, workshops, and in-store activities to drive engagement.
- Monitor registry inventory levels and coordinate with the purchasing team to ensure popular items are in stock.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through proactive follow-ups and service.
- Resolve customer inquiries or concerns regarding registry systems and gift fulfillment with professional empathy.
- Prepare sales reports and event attendance analysis for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Communications, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in high-end retail, customer service, or event management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong flair for styling, home decor, and an interest in wedding industry trends.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A proactive, energetic, and 'client-first' mindset.
