Elite Beauty Asia is seeking a Junior Regulatory Affairs Executive to join our expanding team in Chow Kit, Kuala Lumpur. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in product registration and compliance management across the fast-growing Southeast Asian markets.
As part of our regulatory team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our beauty products meet all legal and safety standards before they reach the consumer. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Supply Chain, to facilitate smooth market entry for new formulations and maintain the compliance of our existing portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation and submission of product registration dossiers to the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) and other regional authorities.
- Maintain and update internal regulatory databases and Product Information Files (PIF) for all Southeast Asian markets.
- Review product labels, packaging artwork, and marketing collateral to ensure compliance with local regulations and advertising guidelines.
- Monitor changes in regional cosmetic and healthcare regulations and communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with external laboratories for product testing, safety assessments, and stability reports.
- Support the management of Import Permits and other necessary certification for cross-border logistics.
- Handle administrative tasks related to regulatory compliance, including archival and strict document control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Bio-Science, or a related scientific field.
- 0-2 years of experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic familiarity with the ASEAN Cosmetic Directive and local NPRA guidelines is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to accuracy, ethics, and compliance.
