Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic legal and regulatory advice on the application and interpretation of PSE’s Listing Rules and Disclosure Rules.
- Review and assess corporate disclosures, filings, and other submissions for compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft legal opinions, memoranda, and policy papers on various securities and corporate governance matters.
- Support the development and refinement of regulatory policies, circulars, and guidelines.
- Assist in market surveillance and enforcement actions by evaluating potential violations and recommending appropriate measures.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), on regulatory matters and advocacy.
- Conduct legal research and stay abreast of legislative and regulatory developments affecting capital markets.
- Contribute to training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives for internal teams and external stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from a recognized institution; passed the Philippine Bar Examination.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in corporate law, securities regulation, or capital markets practice.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine Securities Regulation Code, Listing Rules, and corporate governance principles.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legislation and regulations and provide clear, actionable guidance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
