In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring that OMG Cosmetics products meet all regulatory standards and compliance requirements set forth by Philippine regulatory bodies.
As a Regulatory Affairs Specialist, you will play a crucial role in navigating the complex landscape of cosmetic regulations, ensuring that all products are safe, compliant, and market-ready. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing to drive product launches while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret relevant Philippine regulatory requirements and guidelines for cosmetic products
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, product registrations, and license applications to relevant authorities
- Ensure all OMG Cosmetics products comply with FDA Philippines regulations and other applicable standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary product information and documentation for regulatory submissions
- Track and manage regulatory timelines and deadlines to ensure timely product releases
- Review marketing materials and product labels to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in regulatory policies and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Support quality assurance initiatives and assist in resolving regulatory issues or non-conformances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs, preferably in the cosmetics or consumer goods industry
- Working knowledge of FDA Philippines regulations and cosmetic product registration processes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and regulatory tracking software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification in regulatory affairs or related field is an advantage
