Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and apply regulatory requirements, standards, and directives pertinent to EV products across the APAC region (e.g., ASEAN, China, Japan, Korea, Australia).
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product development teams to integrate compliance requirements into the product design and development lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Manage and execute all necessary testing, documentation, and submissions for product certification and type approval in various APAC markets.
- Monitor changes in regulatory landscapes within the APAC region and proactively assess their impact on current and future EV product lines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and certification bodies in the APAC region.
- Develop and implement internal compliance processes, policies, and training programs to ensure adherence to global and regional standards.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Provide expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams on all compliance-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, specifically within the automotive, EV, or complex electronics manufacturing industries.
- Demonstrated expertise in APAC regional product compliance standards and and certification processes (e.g., CCC, KC, JIS, ADR, SIRIM, LTA).
- Strong understanding of EV-specific regulations, including battery safety, charging systems, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and functional safety (ISO 26262).
- Proven track record of successfully achieving product certifications and market approvals in multiple APAC countries.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical and regulatory information effectively to diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in English; additional APAC regional language proficiency (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean) is a strong advantage.
