Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive environmental compliance strategies aligned with DENR and LLDA regulations.
- Manage the end-to-end process of environmental permitting, renewal, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee hazardous waste management programs, ensuring proper collection, storage, and disposal protocols are followed.
- Conduct regular internal audits and site inspections to identify potential compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external regulatory inspections and governmental inquiries.
- Champion sustainability initiatives across the organization, promoting eco-friendly practices in manufacturing and logistics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all environmental compliance records and submissions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, specifically within a manufacturing or laboratory setting.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine environmental laws, DENR guidelines, and LLDA regulations.
- Proven ability to manage waste disposal programs and hazardous materials handling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements into actionable business practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with government officials and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in report writing, data management, and computer applications (MS Office).
