Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local and international regulatory standards, specifically regarding Network for Electronic Transfers (NEET).
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to relevant authorities in a timely manner.
- Review and update company policies and procedures to align with evolving regulatory changes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of compliance measures into daily operations.
- Train staff on compliance requirements, reporting procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of accountability.
- Investigate and resolve any compliance-related incidents or discrepancies found during audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the financial services or information technology sector.
- Strong working knowledge of the Network for Electronic Transfers (NEET) framework and Singapore’s financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory texts and apply them practically.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
- Professional certification in Compliance (e.g., CAMS, ICP) is a plus.
