Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and expedite end-to-end licensing and permit processes for construction projects.
- Ensure full adherence to spatial planning (tata ruang) regulations and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with local government agencies and relevant stakeholders to secure necessary project approvals.
- Monitor and track project timelines, identifying potential regulatory bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and project documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Support the project management team in drafting technical proposals that align with legal frameworks.
- Conduct site visits to verify compliance with safety and construction protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Law, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or project administration, preferably in the construction or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian spatial planning, land acquisition, and construction permitting regulations.
- Proven ability to negotiate and build professional relationships with local government authorities.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex legal and technical documentation.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle high-pressure environments.
