Tanggung Jawab
- Process and document property/casualty reinsurance claims, renewals, and endorsements with precision
- Analyze reinsurance contracts to ensure compliance with terms and regulatory requirements
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in reinsurance data and premium calculations
- Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and finance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of reinsurance transactions in company systems
- Support month-end closing processes and reconciliation activities
- Prepare reports for reinsurers and internal stakeholders
- Adhere to SOX compliance and internal audit standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in reinsurance/insurance operations (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of basic insurance/reinsurance concepts preferred
