We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Relations Officer to join our growing team at JK Capital Finance, Inc. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for nurturing and building strong, long-term relationships with our existing active agents, specifically Loan Consultants, as well as managing external Agencies. Your expertise will be crucial in driving business growth and ensuring high retention rates within our network. You will act as the primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring their needs are met while identifying opportunities for mutual growth. Your efforts will directly contribute to the efficiency of our loan origination process and the satisfaction of our network partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with a network of active Loan Consultants and external Agencies.
- Coordinate regular meetings and communication channels to ensure agents are fully supported and engaged.
- Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and provide strategic guidance to agents to optimize their performance.
- Monitor agent performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Organize training sessions and networking events to foster a collaborative community among partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align agency needs with company objectives and product offerings.
- Ensure all agency contracts and compliance requirements are met and up to date.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client relations, account management, or agency management role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with the financial services or lending industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to work in Ortigas, Metro Manila.
