Tanggung Jawab
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for Loan Consultants and partner Agencies to ensure a robust sales pipeline.
- Design and implement comprehensive training modules and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of loan consultants.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and loan production metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with external agencies and internal team members to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team excellence and career development.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost loan production and expand the company’s business footprint.
- Ensure all recruitment activities and agency relationships comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales management, account relations, or a similar role within the banking and financial services sector.
- Proven track record of managing teams or agencies and achieving recruitment and production targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
