As a Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. Your primary focus will be on client retention, acquisition, and relationship management. You will have the chance to work in a supportive office environment located at Changi Business Park, enjoying standard Monday to Friday office hours.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $3,500 – $4,000 per month combined with a generous monthly commission and variable bonus. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated East Region market.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.
- Present product or service solutions to potential clients and negotiate terms to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
