Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard potential property partners to the OYO platform.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new growth opportunities and competitive trends.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless property onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to management regarding territory health.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of hitting sales targets.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- A valid driver's license and own transport is highly preferred for local travel.
