Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new funding clients and expand the existing customer portfolio.
- Proactively market Bank Danamon’s banking products, including savings accounts, deposits, and other financial services.
- Provide expert financial advice and professional consultation to prospective and existing clients regarding their banking needs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and personalized service interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for funding products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with banking regulations.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and market analysis to support branch growth initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, funding, or relationship management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of banking products, regulatory compliance, and market dynamics in the Papua region.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, target-oriented, and handle high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking CRM systems.
- Willingness to be based in Timika, Papua Tengah.
