Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and prospects in Indonesia
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank's client base within the China market segment
- Promote and sell a wide range of banking products, including loans, deposits, and investment services
- Provide personalized financial solutions and advice to meet clients' specific needs
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the China-Indonesia business landscape
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to Chinese clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market developments, and client feedback
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to strengthen the bank's presence in the China market
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) and English is essential
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, sales, or relationship management
- Strong understanding of financial products, funding mechanisms, and lending processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
