Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and commercial accounts by providing strategic financial advisory and customized credit solutions.
- Proactively identify and prospect new corporate clients to expand the bank's market share in the commercial segment.
- Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and business models to assess creditworthiness and structure financing deals.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Risk Management and Product Development, to ensure seamless delivery of banking products.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement, timely resolution of queries, and proactive support.
- Monitor the performance of the existing portfolio, ensuring compliance with internal regulations and Sharia banking principles.
- Prepare comprehensive credit memos and presentations for the credit approval committee.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in corporate or commercial banking, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of Sharia banking products, corporate financing structures, and local financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, credit risk assessment, and financial modeling capabilities.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong existing professional network within the corporate or industrial business sectors in Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve ambitious performance targets.
