Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain high-value relationships with corporate clients to understand their financing needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate financing and trade finance
- Prepare and present customized financing solutions including working capital loans and project financing
- Conduct thorough credit assessments and risk analysis for corporate clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to structure and execute financing transactions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain competitive advantage
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in corporate banking or relationship management
- Strong knowledge of corporate financing products and financial markets
- Proven track record in client acquisition and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- CFA or FRM certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and CRM systems
