ETHOZ Group Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated Relationship Manager to spearhead our client acquisition efforts for Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in Johor.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients seeking reliable equipment leasing solutions. From high-reach boom lifts and scissor lifts to essential forklifts, you will play a pivotal role in connecting our premium inventory with businesses in need of efficient material handling and access solutions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for the rental of MEWP (Boom Lifts, Scissor Lifts) and MHE (Forklifts).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Promote the company’s rental fleet and services to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Provide expert advice to clients on the selection and usage of appropriate equipment for their specific projects.
- Prepare rental agreements and contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly understood.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and site visits to assess client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
- Analyze market trends to stay competitive in the local equipment rental industry.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, rental, or industrial equipment sector.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Valid driving license and own transport (essential for site visits).
- Familiarity with Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) and forklifts is a strong advantage.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
