- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B corporate fleet financing to drive business growth.
- Identify, acquire, and onboard new corporate clients through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Analyze client financial needs and creditworthiness to propose tailored financing solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with existing corporate partners to ensure high retention rates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing and client service.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, including sales forecasts and client portfolio analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fleet financing, automotive sales, or B2B corporate sales.
- Strong understanding of corporate credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and acquiring new corporate accounts.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
