Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients to identify funding requirements
- Proactively promote bank's funding products (working capital, trade finance, term loans)
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare comprehensive credit proposals and financial presentations for clients
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams for seamless transaction processing
- Monitor portfolio performance and implement risk mitigation strategies
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting banking products and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate banking or relationship management
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in financial services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess financial statements and credit risks
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in banking/finance (CIBP, CAIIB, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations (OJK) and compliance standards
