Tanggung Jawab
- Drive business growth by actively selling Bank JTrust products and services to corporate clients in the Cikarang industrial area.
- Identify and acquire new funding opportunities to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis and credit risk assessment for loan applications and business proposals.
- Prepare persuasive loan proposals, credit memos, and feasibility studies for internal review and approval.
- Monitor client account performance and manage collections to ensure timely repayment of loans.
- Collaborate with internal credit committees and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, or Sales within the financial sector.
- Deep understanding of banking products, interest rates, and credit risk management principles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and business models.
- High level of integrity and the ability to work independently to achieve high performance under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for client visits.
