Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the Home and Auto Loan portfolio within the Bacolod market.
  • Identify, accredit, and nurture relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and auto dealerships.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to promote Metrobank’s consumer lending products.
  • Analyze client financial profiles to provide tailored loan solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Coordinate with internal credit and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing from application to drawdown.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the local banking sector.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both Home and Auto loan products.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in banking or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of consumer lending products and credit evaluation processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a professional network within the local business community.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking CRM software.
