- Identify and acquire new clients for Industrial Hire Purchase products and services
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients
- Analyze clients' business needs and provide customized financing solutions
- Prepare and present professional financial proposals to potential clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in industrial sectors

Kualifikasi
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Results-oriented with a passion for sales and relationship building
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services is advantageous
