Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand heavy equipment financing needs
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for equipment leasing solutions
- Prepare and present customized leasing proposals aligned with client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless application processing and documentation
- Monitor leasing portfolio performance and ensure timely collections/renewals
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive offerings
- Train clients on leasing benefits and financial product features
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets for leasing portfolio growth
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, leasing, or relationship management
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex financial deals
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Deep understanding of heavy equipment leasing products and financial instruments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Indonesian driver's license and willingness for client site visits
