Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and cultivate a portfolio of high-net-worth clients to ensure high retention and growth.
- Analyze client financial profiles to recommend tailored banking products, investment solutions, and trust services.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and relationship meetings to understand evolving client needs.
- Identify and leverage cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the bank's comprehensive product suite.
- Adhere to strict regulatory compliance and internal risk management policies at all times.
- Collaborate with internal specialists (e.g., Trust officers, Mortgage advisors) to provide holistic financial advice.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Relationship Management, preferably within Private Banking or Premier Banking.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of HNW clients with substantial assets under management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trust services.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Valid driving license is preferred for client site visits.
