Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain deep, long-term relationships with priority clients through regular engagement and needs assessment
- Design and implement customized financial solutions including investment portfolios, wealth management strategies, and banking services
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets for cross-selling products and services
- Conduct comprehensive client reviews and financial analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, risk, product specialists) to deliver seamless client experiences
- Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice and maintain compliance
- Prepare detailed client reports and strategic plans to support business development initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in client relationship management within private banking or wealth management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building high-value client portfolios
- Strong knowledge of banking products, investment vehicles, and regulatory frameworks in Singapore
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex financial concepts
- CFA, CFP, or relevant professional certification highly desirable
- Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one other Asian language advantageous
