Bank Danamon is seeking a motivated Relationship Manager (RM) Funding to join our team in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key ambassador for our financial products, driving growth through strategic acquisition and exceptional relationship management.
As an RM Funding, you will be responsible for expanding our deposit base by identifying new business opportunities and providing bespoke financial solutions to both new prospects and our existing high-value clientele. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new Funding (savings, deposits) and bank service customers.
- Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term loyalty and maximize wallet share.
- Conduct professional presentations and financial consultations to explain Bank Danamon's products and value propositions.
- Meet and exceed individual KPIs regarding funding growth, customer acquisition, and service quality.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities within the bank's ecosystem to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Ketapang region to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and administrative accuracy for all account documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, any major.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or relationship management, preferably in the banking or financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of funding products, banking services, and local market dynamics in Kalimantan Barat.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- High level of integrity, professional appearance, and customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
