- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new high-net-worth clients and corporate accounts, significantly expanding the company's client base.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their evolving financial needs and providing personalized wealth management solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients, offering expert advice on investment products, portfolio structuring, and financial planning strategies.
- Achieve and consistently exceed challenging sales and revenue targets for investment products and financial services.
- Stay abreast of market trends, economic conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and inform client strategies.
- Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards in all client interactions and transactions.
- Prepare and present detailed financial proposals and performance reviews to clients, demonstrating value and strategic insights.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial sales, wealth management, or investment advisory, specifically in client acquisition roles.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sizeable sales targets and developing a robust client portfolio.
- Profound knowledge of a broad range of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.

- Proven ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
