- Market micro-business credit products to UMKM clients in Makassar
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and present loan proposals tailored to client needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly targets
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the loan lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales or financial services
- Strong understanding of UMKM market dynamics in Indonesia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
