Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients related to BCA Finance operations
- Conduct thorough feasibility analysis of consumer credit applications
- Process credit applications according to company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Actively promote BCA Finance's financial products and services to potential clients
- Monitor credit portfolio performance and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree from any discipline (Finance/Business/Economics preferred)
- 1+ years of experience in banking, finance, or sales environments
- Strong analytical skills for credit assessment and risk evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
- Integrity and high ethical standards in financial dealings
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
