This position requires proactive promotion of BCA Finance's financial products while identifying new business opportunities in the North Sumatra region. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored financial solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with business entities related to BCA Finance
- Perform thorough consumer credit feasibility analysis and risk assessment
- Develop and implement strategies to expand market reach in Medan region
- Promote BCA Finance's financial products through targeted client engagement
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify upselling opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive credit documentation and compliance reports
- Collaborate with credit committee for proposal approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in banking or financial services
- Strong analytical skills with credit assessment experience
- Proven track record in B2B relationship management
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
