Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealerships and showroom owners to ensure mutual growth and loyalty.
  • Actively promote BCA Finance's automotive financing products to increase market share and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify potential clients and assess their financing needs.
  • Coordinate with the credit department to expedite loan application processes and ensure timely approvals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the financing process to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Organize promotional events or dealership visits to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and update customer data in the company's CRM system.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or automotive finance is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum TOEFL score 450-500) and strong command of Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid SIM A driving license (a significant advantage for this role).
  • Willing to travel within the Jakarta Raya area for dealer visits.
  • High integrity, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
