Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to understand and explain financial products clearly
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Proficient in basic computer applications and sales software
- Resident in Bekasi or willing to relocate
