Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new customers and expand the client base by identifying sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide comprehensive consultation and financial solutions to clients to meet their banking needs.
- Manage and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Conduct regular visits to clients and organize community outreach activities to promote bank products.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the branch.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the branch manager and team to develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (S1, D3, SMA/SMK).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or the banking sector is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
- Good appearance, professional demeanor, and strong work ethic.
